Chrome IG Stories for Instagram is a Chrome web extension developed by Pookroovis. It enables you to view, watch, and download Instagram Stories and Lives, as well as explore the web version of your Instagram feed. Explore your Instagram feed
When you’ve installed and clicked the icon of Chrome IG Stories for Instagram in your browser’s toolbar, you will immediately see two options—go to instagram.com or go to IG Stories. These options will allow you to decide what Instagram feed would you like to see. If you choose instagram.com, it’ll lead you to the desktop web version of the Instagram app.
You’ll see the exact user interface but when you click the IG Stories or Live above, you’ll have the "Download" and "Download All" buttons available for you. Download All is used to get all the user’s stories in one go. Bear in mind that when you download a replay of the Instagram Live, it will be downloaded into two separate files—audio and video track—which will require you to download an executable file that contains the full Instagram Live.
You can view the post and profile of your Following list, send direct messages, search posts, check your own profile, and customize your settings. You can do almost everything in the web version of the Instagram app. However, making your Instagram posts, Stories, and Lives can’t be done under this option. Browsing your Instagram feed, as well as watching and downloading IG Stories and Lives, are the most you can do here.

The Search section enables you to find posts according to users, tags, and places. What’s amazing about this option is you have the capability to post photos for your IG Stories. Moreover, it also allows you to grab photos from any website and post it as your Story.
